Company: Fortidia

Lakewood, CO Hybrid Schedule= WFH Monday & Friday, In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
We are an equal opportunity employer. We believe that talent, expertise, empathy and ambition drive our success, and we base hiring decisions solely on candidate experience and skills.
We are committed to creating an inclusive hiring process. If you have specific needs or require adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.

For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support marketing performance, operational execution, and strategic growth initiatives across our portfolio of brands: AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options.

Fortidia US is scaling marketing across three brands and 500+ centers. The path from idea to revenue needs to be shorter, and this role exists to help make that happen. The Growth Marketing Specialist will help accelerate marketing execution, improve visibility into performance, and support the operational and analytical work that turns marketing investment into business results.

This is not a purely reporting-focused role, and it is not a project coordinator position. This role is designed for someone who combines analytical thinking with operational execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong bias for action. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing, National Marketing Manager, product managers, finance, and franchise-facing teams to help move revenue-driving initiatives from concept to execution more efficiently.

The Growth Marketing Specialist will report to the National Marketing Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Decision Velocity

Bring a finance and analytics lens to the questions that gate revenue decisions. Get the team to a clear answer faster.
  • Run cross-brand analyses on franchisee performance, program economics, and growth opportunities that drive revenue
  • Build the analytical case behind budget proposals and investment decisions
  • Develop scenario models that compress the time between question and decision
  • Partner with product managers on pricing, performance, and growth across brands
  • Translate analyses into recommendations any stakeholder can act on
Execution Throughput
Keep marketing initiatives visible, prioritized, and moving forward efficiently to accelerate execution and business impact.
  • Maintain visibility into key initiatives, timelines, and project priorities
  • Drive follow-through across cross-functional workstreams and help remove blockers proactively
  • Support the planning, prioritization, and operational workflow processes for the marketing team
  • Help establish intake and prioritization systems that align resources to the highest-impact work
  • Keep leadership informed on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to maintain momentum
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate across departments to connect marketing investment with broader business outcomes.
  • Partner with product managers on initiatives that shape product performance and growth strategies
  • Support Finance with marketing data, forecasting, and business performance analyses
  • Provide analytical and operational support for franchise-facing initiatives and growth programs
  • Collaborate with Operations, NSO, FranDev, and other internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a reliable and collaborative partner across functions and leadership teams
Executive Leverage
Support senior marketing leadership through analytical ownership, strategic execution, and operational follow-through.
  • Assist in preparing analyses, presentations, and supporting materials for leadership meetings, offsites, and stakeholder updates
  • Drive forward high-priority initiatives that require dedicated ownership and coordination
  • Translate marketing outcomes into business and financial insights for senior leadership audiences
  • Operate as a trusted partner to marketing leadership on strategic and operational priorities
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, business operations, finance, consulting, growth strategy, or a related analytical discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience using business intelligence or reporting tools
  • Ability to balance analytical work with operational execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience building presentations and communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to proactively identify needs and drive work forward independently
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve efficiency and support decision-making
  • Comfortable operating in a PE-backed environment where functions are measured against business outcomes
  • Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
  • Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
Preferred:
  • Experience in franchise, multi-location, or distributed business models
  • Background in finance, FP&A, consulting, or business operations prior to moving into a marketing-focused role
  • Familiarity with franchise-specific metrics including same-store sales, new center ramp, and local vs. national marketing dynamics
  • Experience supporting senior executives or preparing materials for leadership presentations
  • Experience improving operational workflows, prioritization systems, or cross-functional team processes
What We Offer:
  • A vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with many professional and personal development opportunities
  • Extensive training and development opportunities within the group
  • A multicultural organizational structure and team.
  • $80k - $95k is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on overall qualifications and experience

  • Highly competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(K) Match, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, Pet Insurance, and a completely free Employee Assistance Program

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
