As our organization grows, we're seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Franchisee Sales Support Manager to support both WorldOptions and PostNet. 

The POSITION and OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and driving local business growth? In this unique dual-brand position, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both World Options and PostNet franchisees as they grow their sales and expand their community reach. From hands-on sales coaching and strategic planning to field visits and collaborative support, you’ll be the go-to partner for franchisees across the country. If you're energized by helping small businesses succeed — and excited to be part of two dynamic, growing networks — this role is for you.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Serve as the primary sales support resource for World Options and PostNet franchisees across the U.S.
  • Deliver a 12-week post-training (IOT) sales coaching program for new World Options franchisees.
  • Conduct 1:1 ongoing coaching for World Options owners to drive sales activity, prospecting, and community engagement.
  • Support franchisees through field visits, virtual meetings, and hands-on sales assistance, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Assist PostNet franchisees in creating and executing local sales strategies to increase center revenue.
  • Facilitate Strategic Business Planning sessions and drive accountability through regular check-ins.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to align marketing campaigns with local sales efforts.
  • Actively collect and share field best practices and success stories across both brands.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to visit franchisees and attend key meetings/events.
  • Develop and deliver sales-focused training content at conferences and regional meetings.
  • Work closely with the Training and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new owners.
  • Represent both brands in a professional, enthusiastic, and highly supportive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of franchisee interactions, coaching sessions, and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing field activities, wins, challenges, and recommendations.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional sales, business development, or franchise support experience.
  • Prior experience in franchising, logistics/shipping, or printing industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate others toward achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to create sales plans, set goals, and track KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Comfortable leading cold calling efforts, local sales outreach, and community networking.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and Google Suite
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) and work independently while managing a flexible schedule.
  • Self-starter who exercises good judgment and discretion when supporting franchisees.
  • A passion for helping small business owners succeed and grow their businesses.

  • Annual base salary $110,000 -$120,000 (NOT A COMMISSION BASED ROLE)

Occasionally moves files, office supplies, and other materials, typically weighing up to 10-20 pounds. May need to traverse short and long distances within the office to attend meetings. Work is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with minimal noise levels.

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
