Full Job Description
PostNet is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position with an emphasis on front counter customer service and mail sorting.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process shipping orders FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS
- Sort and distribute mail for private mailbox customers
- Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with basic printing and document services
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
Qualifications
- Entry-level – no experience required, training provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements
- Must be available Monday through Saturday
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs packages and boxes
